By accessing or using SpeedGlyph at speedglyph.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use SpeedGlyph only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to manipulate scores or leaderboards
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform

3. Accounts

You may use SpeedGlyph as a guest without creating an account. If you create an account via Google OAuth, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. SpeedGlyph Pro Subscription

SpeedGlyph Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features including custom themes, sound packs, and advanced analytics. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge
• We reserve the right to modify Pro features with reasonable notice

5. Leaderboards & Fair Play

SpeedGlyph leaderboards are intended to reflect genuine typing performance. We reserve the right to remove scores or accounts that we determine to be fraudulent, obtained via automation, or otherwise in violation of fair play standards. Decisions regarding score removal are final.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on SpeedGlyph is the property of SpeedGlyph and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers

SpeedGlyph is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service and are not liable for any loss of data, scores, or progress due to technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpeedGlyph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of SpeedGlyph after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
